Grilled Chicken and Peach Salad Recipe – A light and delicious dish that is perfect for lunch or dinner. Made with grilled chicken, fresh juicy peaches, and topped with tangy balsamic.
Peaches, peaches, peaches. We can’t get enough of them this summer. They have just been so juicy and amazing. And I couldn’t wait to share this grilled chicken and peach salad with you. I think you will absolutely adore it as much as I do!
Grilled Chicken and Peach Salad Recipe
For my Grilled Chicken and Peach Salad Recipe, I used chicken tenderloins, but you can also use chicken breasts or even chicken thighs if you prefer. I just loved the size of the chicken tenderloins in this salad so that it was just the right portion of chicken to peaches. 🙂
How to Make this Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe
Chicken – For this recipe, I use boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins as I mentioned. It’s easy to prepare it on the grill pan. I also sometimes like to cook a large batch of chicken that I can then use throughout the week in recipes, such as this one. It makes weeknight suppers super simple and helps for quick lunches on the go.
To make the salad, I start by grilling my chicken tenderloins. You’ll want to heat your grill or grill pan to medium heat and then cook your chicken until it reaches 165º F when checked with an internal temperature probe. Once the chicken has cooked through, remove it from the grill and allow it to rest as you grill the peaches for a minute or so.
Peaches – As the peaches grill, go ahead and prepare the rest of your salad. Then top the salad with chicken, peaches, and drizzle with balsamic glaze for serving.
Salad Greens – For this salad I like to use mixed greens combined with a bunch of fresh basil. I find that the basil enhances the juiciness and sweet flavor of the peaches so much!
Cucumbers and Tomato – The crunchiness of the cucumber and the flavor of the grape tomatoes round out the delicious flavor and texture of the salad.
Mozzarella – I find that mozzarella works well with the other ingredients in this salad. So good with the balsamic glaze too!
Balsamic Glaze – I love to use my homemade version of this delicious glaze. It has just two ingredients, is so simple to make and tastes absolutely incredible in so many dishes and to top scrumptious salads such as this one.
Such an amazing salad to enjoy all during the summer when those fresh peaches are abundant! Delicious!
Here’s the Grilled Chicken and Peach Salad Recipe. I hope you love it as much as we do!

Hi Robyn! I am planning to make this tomorrow and I was just wondering how you seasoned the chicken or did you use any type of marinade? Thanks!
I don’t season or marinate the chicken when using it in this salad, Donna.
Good morning, Robyn, we had the pleasure of trying the GRILLED CHICKEN AND PEACH SALAD and we really enjoyed it, especially the balsamic glaze, however we encountered a small amount of confusion with the ingredients. The recipe calls for a package of mozzarella cheese but doesn’t say what to do with it. We cut it into approximately 1″ cubes and tossed it in the salad. We appreciate your response.
Hi John & Cile!
I’m so happy you enjoyed the salad! It’s such a good one – I love using the juicy peaches of summer in this recipe! I am sorry that wasn’t clear and I will correct it. I appreciate you catching that and mentioning to me! You prepared the mozzarella exactly as I did! Thanks so much!
