How to Make Funfetti Blondies Recipe
To make them, you preheat your oven and prep an 8×8 baking pan with baking spray. Then, you’ll cream together your melted and cooled butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar. Then, you mix in the egg, vanilla, salt, flour, and the baking powder. You’ll just mix until the batter is well combined.
Then, stir in the sprinkles. FUN!
Finally, just spread it into the prepared baking pan and pop it into the oven to bake!
You’ll bake the Funfetti Blondies for about 25 – 30 minutes until blondies are set in the middle and lightly browned. You can also test with a toothpick and if it comes out clean, they are ready.
They are so chewy and absolutely scrumptious, just be sure not to over bake!

They were delicious! But when doubling the recipe, the pan size did not change. Would they just be thicker? I used a 9×13, and they turned out great though.
Linda, you did use the right size pan when doubling this recipe. When you use the 2x or 3x option in the recipe card, it only changes the amount of the ingredients and does not change the instructions. I’m happy the blondies turned out great for you.
I’ve made this recipe before and it was so easy and delicious! Will be making them again tomorrow. Thank you for the recipe!
Thanks, Dee. I’m so glad you loved this recipe.
Is it 1/2 cup or 1/2 cup and 1 stick of butter? Seems like there’s either “and” or “or” missing. Can you clarify?
It is just 1/2 cup, or 1 stick. Thanks Lisa – I hope you enjoy them! xo
These are absolutely scrumptious! Mine were ready at around the 26-minute mark, and it took all of my willpower to not cut right into them. Now that they have cooled and have been cut, I can’t stop eating them!
Thanks so much Mary Hannah! I’m happy you enjoyed them too! xo
