How to Make Air Fryer Green Beans and Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
Be sure to see the recipe card below for the full listing of ingredients, instructions, notes, and estimated nutritional information.
For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- Fresh green beans – I love to use fresh green beans from the garden throughout the summer and can also find delicious ones from my local produce market and the grocery store.
- Potatoes – fresh baby potatoes are delicious in this side dish recipe. Make sure they are about the same size, or cut them into similar bite-sized pieces so that they cook evenly.
- Olive oil – Just a bit of olive oil is needed for this recipe.
- Stone House Seasoning – this is my house seasoning blend that I’ve used for years. A blend of salt, pepper, and garlic adds incredible flavor to any dish. I recommend making it in a large batch to use in various dishes. You can use 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic. If you do not like the flavor of garlic, you can omit it.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Prep the green beans and potatoes. Wash them and snap or cut any ends of the green beans as needed. Wash and cut the potatoes into similarly sized, bite-sized pieces as needed. Place them into the air fryer basket.
Drizzle the olive oil on the green beans and potatoes and sprinkle them with the Stone House Seasoning. Set the Air Fryer at 400º F for 12 minutes. Add the air fryer basket to the air fryer. Allow the green beans and potatoes to cook during the preheat cycle and continue to cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
Serve warm.
Storage Tips
To make ahead. Cook as directed and cool. Transfer to an airtight storage container and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave until the potatoes are heated throughout.
To freeze. Cook as directed and cool completely. Transfer to an airtight, freezer-safe container and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and then reheat and serve.
