How to Make Steak Bites Recipe
Ingredients
Be sure to see the recipe card below for the full listing of ingredients, instructions, notes, and estimated nutritional information.
- Steak – Use any cut of steak that you prefer. Use sirloin, ribeye, filet, flank, or skirt steak. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Olive oil
- Stone House Seasoning – my favorite seasoning blend that we use on so many of our recipes. Named with our last name for our “house seasoning.”
Step-by-Step Instructions
Air Fryer Steak Bites
Prep. Preheat the air fryer to 400º F.
Season the steak bites. Add the olive oil and Stone House Seasoning to the steak bites in a bowl. Toss with tongs to coat well.
Transfer. Place the steak bites into the basket of the air fryer.
Cook. Set the air fryer to the temperature and cook. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time. Check the internal temperature of the bites to make sure they reach 145º F.
Optional Cooking Methods
Grilled Steak Bites
Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Add the steak bites to a mixing bowl and toss in the olive oil and Stone House Seasoning. Transfer with tongs to the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove them from the grill and allow them to rest for about 5 minutes. Serve warm.
Pan-Fried Steak Bites
Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites to a mixing bowl and toss in the olive oil and Stone House Seasoning. Transfer the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and allow to rest for about 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Place the baking dish into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for about 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Robyn,
These steak bites were delicious. I couldn’t believe how easy they were to make in my air fryer. My son asked if we could have these every week. That’s a winner in my book.
