A peach smoothie makes for a perfect, quick-fix breakfast or afternoon snack.
With just a few ingredients, and two of those optional, this peach smoothie recipe will quickly become a favorite throughout peach season.
And this peach season, I’ve been obsessed with peaches and peach recipes. I just can’t get enough of them.
Of course, you can easily use any type of peach in this peach smoothie recipe. White peaches are gorgeous and nectarines work perfectly!
Just be sure to use really ripe peaches for the best results. You know, those peaches that you don’t know what to do with that seem like they could easily be overripe? Those are the best.

Peach Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 3-4 large peaches, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup , or honey (optional)
- 1 cup yogurt, optional
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Add peaches to the container of a blender. Add maple syrup or honey and/ or yogurt, if using. Blend for about 30 seconds or until completely smooth. Remove the lid to the blender and add ice. Return the lid and blend for about 30 more seconds until smoothie is completely smooth and no ice chunks remain.
- Pour into glasses and serve.

Yes! This is delicious with maple syrup. You may not need to peel the peaches if they’re really ripe. I didn’t have any yogurt so I subbed in milk. Yummy!
do you have to peel the peaches before blending . can you just blend peaches, skin and all other ingredients
I always peel my peaches, Shirley, but I guess you could leave them unpeeled if you prefer.

I simplified it somewhat..I used del Monte all natural (no sugar) and 1 cup of ice and light vanilla yogurt. I pureed the peaches and crushed the ice.. honestly tasted close to a peach milkshake.. next Time I’m freezing the peaches and yogurt before I put it in the blender.
Great recipe! I used maple syrup and greek yogurt along with the peaches and ice. Quick and easy to make. I have a smaller blender, though, so I had to make it a half batch at a time. Would recommend!

Very yummy! I used frozen peaches, no crushed ice, a packet of Truvia, and sweetened vanilla almond milk. The smoothie was very thick and filling, and very sweet! I might even leave out the Truvia next time or only use half a packet.
I could drink this all day, every day. Love the simplicity of peaches. Mmm, so good!
